How Do We Ship
Our shipping only covers the 48 contiguous states in the US. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this point. P.O. Box address or foreign address are not supported.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Lead Time & Package Tracking
Handling time under 2 business days. FedEx or an equivalent ground/home delivery partner will be the carrier carrying out an average delivery time of 1-5 business days depending on your shipping zone. In most cases, you can expect to get your Elephant Desk within 7 business days.
An automatic shipping confirmation email will reach your email inbox once the order starts traveling.
Shipping Origins
Each standing desk is shipped in 2 separate packages, which are a wood top box and a desk frame box. Packages may ship from different fulfillment centers located on the East Coast and the West Coast. Packages may be delivered on separate days, depending on carrier's actual handling.
Order Modifications & Cancellation
If you want to modify your order such as address changes, or cancelations, please contact us via info@elephantdesks.com within 1 hour of order confirmation. We will try our best to handle it.
Damage & Lost Packages
If a package is damaged or lost, please contact us at info@elephantdesks.com and we will resolve any issues.
For damaged products: please take pictures of the product conditions and the packaging to make a claim.
For missing products: please contact us ASAP and we will settle down the issue.
