Warranty of the Elephant solid wood desktop

Wood grain Variation: our solid wood desktops contain grain and knots that are unique from slab to slab, and that's what makes the natural vibes shine in your home. The warranty would not apply to the unique wood grain variation of the surface.

Slight change in color: as a living material, our solid wood is subject to minor discoloration over the years due to humidity, temperature change and sun UV exposure. These variations are considered common wear of use.

 

Warranty of the Elephant Desk Frame

All Elephant Desk Frames are covered with a 5-year warranty for their motors and electrical components, conditions apply. Please feel free to contact us if any problem occurs to your products, we are here to help: info@elephantdesks.com

Misuse of the elephant frame:

• It is not warranty-covered if the assembly is inappropriate. Please follow our assembly guidance and check out if there are any inadequate installations.
• Overload: excessive weight was applied to the desk frame (over 300-lbs).
• Other abusive use of the desk frame.

Normal wear and tear: signs of common wear and tear that are not affecting the functionality of the frame are not covered by the warranty.
