Damage & Lost Packages
If a package is damaged or lost, please contact us at info@elephantdesks.com and we will resolve any issues.
For damaged products: Please take pictures of the product conditions and the packaging to make a claim.
For missing products: Please contact us ASAP and we will respond quickly.
Product Defects
We strive to ensure that your experience with Elephant Desks is enjoyable and hassle-free. If you encounter any defects or signs of defects that render the product unusable during your usage, please kindly reach out to us via email. Rest assured, we are fully committed to upholding our brand and providing exceptional service to address any concerns you may have.

Elephant Desk is the best desk you can get. To show our beliefs, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all customers. If you are not happy with the purchase, you can return your Elephant Desk within 30 days of the most recent delivery.
Cost of return: In order to have the product shipped back and restocked, a flat fee of $55 USD (per desk) will be applied.
Return conditions: The product needs to be returned undamaged and in its original package. To make sure you are not responsible for the damage on its way back, please take photos of products and packaging, and make sure you follow our packaging guidance.
For exchanges: It is recommended that you return the product and place a new order from our website.
Return Process:
Please send an email to info@elephantdesks.com and provide us with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The items that are being returned
It would be deeply appreciated if you could tell us why you don't like the Elephant Desks. We will input your voice to our product development matrix.
- Pack the returned items and send us the picture before and after it gets in the box. We will send out package guidance after the return was issued.
- Once the return was approved, we will send you the shipping labels. Please print and stick them on the boxes.
- We will arrange shipping partner in your local area to pick up the packages
- You can drop off the returned items yourselves at the nearest FedEx office
- The refund typically takes 5-10 business days to process following the day of return approval, and the refund will go to the original payment account.
- NOTE: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
